Description
Egg shaped, furnace blown glass egg.
Opal white and purplish blue stripes. about 9 cm tall, here shown on a lightbase.
I am making progress at the furnace; catching glass, heat control and shaping the mass.
The glass was quite seeded that day; meaning it got lots of little air bubbles. This due to melting a lot of glass in the crucible overnight, trapping a lot of air.
It suited the project and theme, but I'm hoping for a more clear material next time.
